Every action our assistant takes is written to an append-only transparency log the moment it happens. The record is signed, and the log cannot rewrite its own history without the change being detectable.
The business hands its customer a receipt reference. The customer checks it here, or against the log directly. Neither of them has to trust the other, and neither has to trust us.
What this page proves and what it does not: a verified receipt shows that a specific action was recorded at a specific moment and has not been altered since. It does not show the message itself — the content never leaves the platform, and the log holds only a salted hash of it. Proving the exact wording takes both halves, and the business holds one of them.
