Terms of service

You may use Zanii to store your own deadlines and documents, receive reminders, and ask questions about what you have saved. WhatsApp's own terms and policies apply to the messages you send and receive through their service.

Zanii cannot guarantee that government deadlines, fine amounts or procedures will not change. It cannot make a payment for you, log into a government portal, or prevent a fine if you ignore a reminder. It is a memory and reminder service, not a legal or financial representative.

Zanii will never ask for your card, make a transfer, or initiate any payment. It will only remind you that a payment is due and, where helpful, point you to the official payment channel. If you receive a payment request claiming to be from Zanii, it is not from us.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not charge a fee to leave and we do not hold your data hostage while you do.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
