Data processing

This note describes how Zanii processes personal data on your behalf. It is available as a signed data processing agreement on request, and is designed to support compliance with the UAE PDPL.

Your WhatsApp identifier, the extracted facts you ask us to remember, and audit receipts for actions we take. The purpose is solely to provide reminders, answer your questions and let you verify what happened.

Meta Platforms processes every WhatsApp message — that is unavoidable on this channel. Our hosting provider stores extracted facts in the UAE region. We will tell you before adding a sub-processor that touches personal data.

Data is scoped per user at the query layer and tested for cross-user leakage. Console and app sessions use httpOnly cookies. WhatsApp message content is processed by Meta under Meta's own encryption and security practices.

You can export your saved facts at any time, including after you cancel. We delete what remains 30 days after termination, except the accounting records UAE law requires us to keep for five years and the transparency-log references described in the Privacy Policy.
