Your business on WhatsApp, and proof of every message it sent

A shared inbox, approved templates, campaigns that tell you the cost before they send, and an AI assistant that asks before it acts. Every action the platform takes on your behalf is signed and recorded, so a customer, a regulator or an auditor can check it without taking our word for anything.

No card. Your WhatsApp Business account stays yours — including if you leave.

What you get

  • The 24-hour window, before you type

WhatsApp only accepts a free-text reply for 24 hours after the customer's last message. Every other tool tells you afterwards, as error 131047, once the reply is written. Zanii shows the countdown above the composer and swaps it for a template picker when it runs out — so the error is unreachable rather than merely explained.

  • What a campaign costs, before it sends

Recipients, cost and duration on the review step — and the warning nobody else shows: your messaging tier is shared across every number in the portfolio, so 12,400 recipients against a 10,000 ceiling means 2,400 queue to tomorrow. Discovering that mid-send is how a promotion misses its morning.

  • An assistant that asks first

It answers routine questions in Arabic or English, and it can reach your own Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, HubSpot or Slack. Every action that changes something is proposed to a person first, in the conversation that caused it, with the recipients shown at the top of the card. Nothing is sent before somebody approves it.

  • 100 numbers, and the limits you cannot see

Numbers group under the WhatsApp accounts and business portfolios they actually belong to, because the two limits that bite are portfolio-wide: the 20-number ceiling and the messaging tier. A flat list hides why one branch's campaign throttled another's.

  • Proof, not a dashboard

Every reply the assistant sent, every tool call it made, every payment moved and every consent withdrawn is signed and written to a public transparency log. The check runs in the reader's browser — not on our server — so "trust us" is not part of the claim. A dispute ends with a link, not an argument.

  • Built for United Arab Emirates, not adapted to it

TDRA rules, AED billing, Arabic and English side by side, and a support day that runs Sunday to Thursday. Every opt-out is recorded as a signed consent receipt — which is what you actually need when somebody asks you to substantiate consent.

And what we do not do

Because you are going to ask, and a vendor with no answer to that has not thought about it.

  • We do not own your WhatsApp account

The WhatsApp Business Account, the numbers and the product catalog are registered to your business, in your Meta Business Manager. If you leave, you keep them and we hand back the templates. A partner that registers those in its own name is a partner you cannot leave.

  • We cannot make Meta faster

Business verification takes two to five working days. Template review takes hours and sometimes days. A new business portfolio is throttled by Meta until 500,000 lifetime sends. We show you exactly where you are in each of those; we cannot shorten them, and neither can anybody selling you otherwise.

  • The assistant is not autonomous

It answers, and it proposes. Anything that sends an email, books a slot or changes a record waits for a person. That is slower than the demos you have seen, and it is the reason nothing has been sent in your name that you did not see first.

TDRA

Bulk commercial messaging to UAE numbers is governed by the TDRA. Senders must be registered and honour opt-out; Zanii records every opt-out as a signed consent receipt.

Where we operate

Questions people actually ask

How long does WhatsApp Business API approval take in the UAE?
Meta's business verification typically takes two to five working days once your trade licence is submitted, and display-name approval is a separate review on top of that. Number verification itself is same-day. The licence step is the one that stalls: the name on it must match the business name you submit, exactly.
What does WhatsApp cost per message in the UAE?
Meta charges per conversation, priced by category and by the recipient's country, so a message to a UAE number and the same message to an Egyptian number are billed differently. From 1 October 2026 service conversations and utility templates sent inside the 24-hour window stop being free. Zanii shows the per-message rate before a campaign sends, not on the invoice.
Can I message customers whenever I want?
No. WhatsApp allows free-form messages only inside 24 hours of the customer's last message. Outside that window only an approved template can be delivered, and marketing templates are subject to the recipient's opt-out. Zanii blocks the send before you type it rather than reporting the failure afterwards.
Can several people answer the same WhatsApp number?
Yes. A WhatsApp Business API number has no phone app — it is answered from a shared inbox. Zanii's inbox supports multiple agents on one number, with assignment, internal notes, and a live view of the 24-hour reply window per conversation.
Do I keep my WhatsApp number if I leave Zanii?
Yes. The WhatsApp Business Account and its numbers are registered to your business in your own Meta Business Manager, not ours. You keep them, and we hand back your templates. A provider that registers those assets in its own name is a provider you cannot leave without losing your number.
How is this different from the other WhatsApp platforms?
Every action Zanii takes on your behalf is signed and written to an append-only public transparency log, and the verification runs in the browser of whoever is checking — not on our servers. When a customer disputes what your assistant said, you send a link instead of a screenshot of your own database.
Do I need to register with the TDRA to send marketing messages?
Bulk commercial messaging to UAE numbers is governed by the TDRA. Senders must be registered and honour opt-out; Zanii records every opt-out as a signed consent receipt.

Start with one number and see it work

Connect a WhatsApp number, send a message, and check the receipt yourself. If the proof does not convince you, nothing else on this page should.
