You may use Zanii to send messages your recipients have agreed to receive. Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy applies on top of these terms and is stricter than them in several places; where they differ, Meta's policy governs what actually gets delivered.
The WhatsApp Business Account, the phone numbers and any product catalog are registered to your business in your own Meta Business Manager. If you stop using Zanii you keep them, and we will hand over your templates. We do not register your assets in our name.
We cannot guarantee that Meta will approve your business, your display name or any template, or how long any of those take. We cannot guarantee delivery of a message Meta declines to deliver. We show you the state of each of those honestly; we do not control any of them.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Message charges are billed in arrears against the ledger the console shows you, line by line. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not charge a fee to leave and we do not hold your data hostage while you do.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
